Sheen Lawn Tennis and Squash Club offers sporting and social facilities in a family-friendly atmosphere. The club boasts excellent facilities with eight all weather courts, two squash courts a bar and clubrooms. We regularly host the Surrey Juniors Championship. While the for-hire clubrooms are used for a variety of activities including slimnastics, junior ballet and bridge

Situated just off Fife Road and bordering Richmond Park (map), the club serves the East Sheen, Mortlake, Barnes, Putney and Richmond areas. Parking is easy. There are currently around 250 tennis and 109 squash members. New members are welcome.

Parking

Parking in Parklands Close is not permitted.

Club members and visitors are asked to park their cars thoughtfully and not block, or partially block, driveways in Fife Road.
 

Tennis Court Bookings On Line

The club is introducing on line court bookings for tennis initially. The system is expected to go live in September.

Meanwhile members can experiment and practice with the system by logging into the Members Lounge of this site where more details are available together with a link to the system.

Surrey Postal Final - Sunday 25th July

Ali Barker and Caroline Barkergot through to the Surrey postal open ladies doubles final.

The Final was held at Purley Ltc Ali and Caroline played Ann Clark and Karen Hazzard and lost in the Final. It was a lovely day and they were presented with their runners up prizes by John Phillips and Tony Scarlett.

Squash Court Booking

The squash committee has agreed to a change in the court booking system, initially on a four month trail starting the 1st of September. The new system is designed to make it easier to book courts by avoiding the need to visit the club in person.

Full details available by logging into in the Members Lounge.
 

Vets Tournament Winter 2010/11

The Vets Tennis Championships runs from October 2010 to March 2011with finals day being on Sunday March 20th 2011.

Closing date for entries is Monday 13th September at 12 noon.

The entry forms and rules are now available for download from the Tennis Tournaments page.
