We have an Internet based system in place for booking courts.
A few words of warning. If you don’t receive a confirmation email almost immediately you should assume your booking has not been accepted. Also, the system works on a 24 hour clock so if you do book a court for 7-15 make sure your opponent is an early riser!
Courts can be booked three weeks in advance.
There is a touch screen terminal in the changing room lobby where bookings can be viewed and new bookings be made.
THE FOLLOWING RULES APPLY:
1 Court light meters will be £4 (one pound coins) for 45 minutes. The purchase of court booking stamps will not be required.
2 Members can book courts 3 weeks in advance. Please ensure that you have first checked the availability of your opponent.
3 Junior members will be able to book courts for games played before 6.15pm on weekdays. Booking of courts at weekend by juniors will not be restricted.
4 Guests’ names are to be recorded in the book kept in the court lobby. Stamps are to be purchased from the machine or behind the bar and attached and signed by the member before playing. The guest fee will be £3 for seniors and £1 for juniors.
5 Where courts are booked and are not required please cancel the booking so others can make use of the slot.
